Is the Xfoil program from a .edu site? . Been thinking and looking at large fish and stuff, they all seem to have a flat bottom and rounded top, like that cigar boat, but upside down, might be a interesting thing to model. Got a Reed engineering book out that has alot of mathematical formulas with data on visority and flow/pressure/cavitation etc.
Just working on the motor at the moment and know and again bouncing back to this thread.

The XFOIL program is open source, as far as I can tell, and is supported by MIT and the US Navy, as far as I can tell. It's been under development for ~30 years, and they've 'got rid of the bugs'. You can google for yourself that it's proven to be accurate, within parameters.
