This actually is one of the servo boards for the CNC. I don't know how well the dispensing will work when placed on a the cnc but I guess I will see soon. An interesting question is how to import the coordinates for the pads and amount of paste in the software ... most likely will have to write some script for the MACH ...... or just dispense manually hee hee.
A more interesting challenge is a pick and place - a friend of mine is doing some real progress on this one (no optical inspection) but the results are quite promising. He is managing to place 0402 but he developed an ingenious way to position the component very accurately in the "lifting" needle.

i can give controller board, and power control board for free, but parts cost a bit :) Also i will give Corel draw files for front panel, since it is a bit complicated.
for paste dispensing, it could be possible to make camera that can put solder paste on any shiny surface, aka pads, and everything what has solder mask on it, will be ignored. I don't know, just idea.
