These experiments may lead to internal burns, specially at articulations, and of course skin burns. The symptom is pain in the joints lasting for many days. This is a well-known effect of exposure to intense electromagnetic fields (as staying in front of a microwave or radar beam), and note that a Tesla coil and a classical electric scapel use the same kind of circuit.

My primary concern would be causing blood clots. Any reasoning to back up that concern? No doubt, clots are bad, but how would RF currents cause them?
Cool looking stunt, but seems unnecessarily risky in term of unknown health effects.
