This guy made $40,000+ off my licensed design, now what?

There is something I do not understand here...

In your instructable ( Link2 ) you write "The Slayer Exciter was the brainstorm of Dr. Stiffler and GBluer a few years ago."

But on slayerexciter.com ( Link2 ) it is GBluer himself (check the owner of the embedded youtube videos) selling these kits already...

Did I miss some link where you obtained the rights from GBluer?

Yes, I'm a little confused too.
If you go to the Slayer Exciter website, and look at the photo where the handwritten schematic is in the background, the circuit in question on this thread is IDENTICAL to the one that he has.

I'm not well versed in the history, but as I understand it, Dr. Stiffler invented the Spacial Energy Coherence (SEC) Exciter (primary purpose was to turn water into hydrogen through capacitive coupling). GBluer expanded on Dr. Stiffler's circuit and created the Slayer Exciter. While Dr. Stiffler was focused on Hydrogen production, GBluer focused on lighting LEDs/CFL's from very low voltages.
I've been in touch with GBluer and he started selling his own Slayer Exciters, first through Ebay and then through his own website, in response to Tesla Tronix's Kickstarter. GBluer wants to keep the SE in the public domain and here is his response to me:

My intention with putting the SE on Instructables was not to make money off it or keep people from building their own versions. I wrote my original post because I was mainly upset TT copied my version of the schematic (to my knowledge, no one used the TIP31C before me), failed to mention how much R&D went into the SE before he stumbled upon it, and then how much misinformation he was/is spreading (mainly through his responses to questions on his YouTube videos).

EDIT: Also, how is this guy copying your PCB board design? He is using a Radio Shack purchased breadboard?
I'm sorry, I was referring to how he used the TIP31C and screw terminals on perfboard because I believe he got those ideas from my Instructable. I guess I just wish he would/should give credit where credit is due.

I'm not sure how using the same part and similar connector type (i.e. screw terminal) is copying your design.

You know, if you do a parametric search on NPN components that mean the specify voltage, current, and operation frequency, you only come up with TWO (2) parts in stock that meet the requirements. (See below) I think its fair to say that anyone looking for a similar component would come up with the same TIP31C given the fact its really the only component available to meet the required specifications.

If I were the kickstarter guy's lawyer Id be happy to go to court, point out the differences between the circuits (different numbers of turns).Claim that he got the idea for the circuit from the same place as you did (which explains the similarity) and sue your ass for libel.
He didn't rip you off- he just had a similar idea.
I think this site's lawyers might want to take this thread down. Sorry, but there's no way you can prove he didn't come up with the idea himself.

4hv.org, and kickstarter don't have much to worry about, it's mostly a matter of credibility for kickstarter.

Chip fixes has little to worry about even if he goes to court and loses, chip's work clearly predates the kickstarter plagerism. And so, libel would be thrown out on site by a judge. It's just going to cost 40k $, to recover 10k $ even if chip wins.

Libel is a catch-all thug tactic used by lawyers who know they can't win on a real matter of law. Counter suing claiming libel wouldn't work.
