Hi, was wondering what amount of current would need to be supplied to a 100nF cap at 150-300kv, and if its possible at 500khz, or would a lower hertz be better?

Hi, I would like to run the below setup, but I'm worryed that the NST will find a way onto the house ground from the top power source, is there anyway to stop that, the only option I can think of is a 1.5kw battery inverter to power the thing with it placed on a plastic box. Should I maybe remove the NST ground connection, would that help.
