If you have an old DC milliamp meter laying around and a full bridge rectifier you can make a very simple device for finding FO on secondary’s. Just take the rectifier and put the signal gen. in one AC input and the secondary base in the other AC input, measure the output with the meter and use the 5k ohm pot to adjust the gain. No more scope, just connect and sweep the sig. gen.. You will see the meter move, a lot faster than watching with a scope. Very fast…simple. Will make the vid using the meter.

I managed something similar using a cheap DMM recently, to find Fres of LC tank. It is more accurate than 'scoping (my 'scope is 40 years old), due to the digital readout. I didn't use a rectifier, though, just set the DMM to AC volts. I think I had a ~60 Ohm resistor on the sig. gen. output, to protect the sig. gen.

(I was measuring the inductance against a 'known' capacitance (5% tolerance))

Wow! That's really beautiful. One of the prettiest and cleanest bipolar coils I've seen!
Keep up the nice work. Look forward to seeing it in action!!!!

VERY COOL!
That's awesome.
What is the switching frequency you are running at?
