JUST TO ADVISE ALL !
One lead of the secondary coil is factory connected to the core, so whem applying 230 or 110 V to the secondary the core will be enegized with the line voltage. Be carefull with the core contact that may be 120 or 230 volts.
Unless that secondary lead is disconneted from the core and connected to a wire lead doing the coil continuity, all properly insulated from the core.

Under normal conditions the MOT transformer core works at 1.7 ~ 1.8 tesla. We may say that the core is saturated.
If the MOT is desingned to work in 230V line and the primary coil could have 220~250 turns. Adding 60 turns to a primary that has 230TURNS, the core will work with a induction of 1.35 tesla. The primary no load current will be reduced and the core heathing also reduced.
BUT the secondary voltge also will be reduced. If the secondary delivered 2300V with a 230 turns at primary, now with the addition of 60 extra turns the secondary voltage could be 1800V.
This ois the price that you pay to reduce the saturation .
I do not know the purpose of you project. If you post a descripition and a circuit diagram sketch and available materials in your pace we cam givie you more precise advice.

Also you can keep the MOT as manuctured and ADD one or 2 fans....
