If your source can hit 250mv, the LTC3105 is much easier to setup.

You have 50 amps. You make a thermal transformer. The primary resistor heats 30 smaller thermocouples each 200 mV giving you 6 Volts.
Simple. Just think of the Siberian kerosene radio power supply.
