Purifying hydrogen gas from electrolysis for fuel cell

I've got a setup to make hydrogen gas, but all the fuelcell docs say they need 99.95% purity. I was wondering how to do this with off the self tec.

 		Platinum electrodes and a dessicant or similar to dry the gas.

The biggest impurity will be water, I think, and you need inert electrodes.

I think some other materials are suitable as electrodes as well as platinum.

 		I am desperate to replace LiPo batteries with a fuel cell, PEM or solid oxide, the batteries are our greatest limit in multirotors.

 		If you are producing hydrogen by electrolysis it will probably be fairly pure anyway.
make sure you purge air out of the system

I did look into this for producing H to feed into an ion source for proton production. Maybe you don't require the same 'purity' for this application, but, as I mentioned above, water vapour is the main pollutant, and the electrodes can affect purity as well. I imagine you also require distilled water, but it's a good few years since I last 'read up' on it.

What if you ignited the H2 from tiny jets at the tips of your (hollow) multirotors.

 		I've got arc gouging rods for the electrodes, with the copper stripped off they seem to work all right, they are graphite. What safe pressure could you compress hydrogen to in a tank, I was after a ballpark 2kg of gas, and read that 0.089grams/m3, would 150psi be ok, even if it add a little oxygen or air in there?
