Fantastic, but you still haven't checked your NST as we've suggested several times. Please do so. That is likely your problem.
What is the secondary grounded to, and what are you using for the caps in the filter circuit? If they failed short, the NST will happily push current through them instead of your primary circuit.

Details on those caps can be found here: and the secondary is grounded to a long piece of chicken wire above ground (counterpoise) or sometimes a stake driven like 3 feet into the ground.

Well you sure didn't fry those.
The only thing left to check is the NST!!!!
I know the sick feeling that comes from frying a piece of equipment like that. But the sooner you check, the sooner you can have a running coil! I've fried many NSTs before, and it is an easy mistake to make, especially without that safety gap.

I will test it when I get back from vacation, I have a feeling that it still won't work even after that test :/.

Not sure why you'd have that feeling.
If your schematic is accurate, and your NST tests okay, it should at least do something. If not, I'm not sure we can help you with the information provided.
