Trickle charge pulse discharge

 		Would this IGBT Transistors High Voltage IGBT 2500V; 19A Link2 , would three of these work with 0.005F charged to 2100volts and 40ohm. It says 3.7volt from the gate to emitter and 200nA, could I switch this with a 555 timer or pic.
