I you had a tank of seawater how could you measure the voltage gradient in the water at various depths' given that point of entry was something the size of a human arm reaching up from the water and grasping the Tesla terminal ?
Given there was a voltage gradient in the water, the water would heat up. Now we know it wont simply because even a large TC only outputs small currents,
Yet, a lamp touching the water surface lights in this experiment, but cant light inside the water.
