TBH I don't know how to easily relate Trr to max frequency. Wish I had a reference table. Something I do remember, the freq time period is 10 x Trr,.. I read somewhere 10ns = 10Mhz, perhaps it will scale from there.
well typically T/f is how you figure out the period of a sine wave.
like 1Mhz -> 1 sec / 1,000,000 Hz = a period of 1uS
so... you want a period way longer (slower) than your Trr... like 10 to 25 times, though its mostly engineering judgment, then a hard and fast rule, i think.
