Every time I loose something important I end up finding beer. It is a good trade off every time.

This socks are awesome. But I still don't understand why sorting socks is such a big deal.

The type of "Simplifying your life by making it more difficult" kind of thing. =P

More like making it more awesome with something that is completely pointless but a must-have.

Am I the only one who sits here laughing at their demo video thinking "Who the hell would actually buy such a thing?" Because seriously... Do I care how black my socks really are? No... *turns down the light* Oh look, magically darker socks! -_- Do I care how many socks I have in account? Hold, lemme take 10 seconds to count... And most importantly, do I really care what sock is paired with what sock? NO!!!

Just seems like a OCD moment for people who probably organize their clothes by size, then color, then material... :P

I got it listed on PointlessSites.com... which legitimately shows how pointless it is... xD

I don't wish to post OT, but I'm sure the mod's have better things to do than reprimand me for hi-jacking my own thread smile

I recently came across the 'official website' of 'The Telegraph Pole Appreciation Society', which would seem an even more pointless website as they don't care about the uses of telegraph poles, just their aesthetic appeal, although they do have some interesting photo's of insulators, etc. Link2

EDIT: I may even join this society, as the telegraph pole in the field opposite our house has a 'gorgeous' pole pig halfway up it (I may post a photo tomorrow).

Looks like you've found that part of the internet. I warn you. Once you go in, there's no turning back. I've already buried myself under the realm of pointlessness. If you wish to delve deeper, go to Link2 (the site where I got that site listed) hehe. There are some really odd things on there, some even related to electricity (such as "Power Pylons from Around The World")

It's like an event horizon. Once you pass through the barrier of "that weird part of the internet," there's absolutely no returning.

Smart socks with a colour LED that changes colour depending on how stinky they are?
Green = OK, yellow = maybe OK, red = wash, flashing red = HAZMAT suit and arms length grabber into a toxic waste container.
Simple to do, measure their temperature and extrapolate the wear time from that.
When picked up but not worn via stretch sensor the LED turns on for a few seconds...

Or a sensor that detects odorous molecules!
