i will use only ~3.3KV for that secondary section, it must to work, how the hell than flybacks are working ?
( answer, they use diode in between secondaries to lower capacitance)

you might have the answer to my other thread, can you please point me to a schematic of how the secondary are connected together with diodes? I think I had made a mistake.

Flyback Pinout
In series to winding. but you will get DC in output, and it only works in Flyback topology.
I had original 120-140KV transformer from CT, it had 20 secondaries, all with BYV26E avalanche diodes in series to get that high voltage from one secondary.
That core in picture is from that transformer. and i salvage diodes for my doubler ( use only avalanche diodes, others will not work! )

Try to figure out secondary resonance frequency, and drive transformer near it, just be sure you have load while doing it, since it can kill it

thanks I did put the diode in between as you suggested, and it went from 5KV to 20KV, keep in mind that each coil can generate 20KV by itself, so I'm still confused, about it, you can look at the other tread "staking coils together"

what kind diodes are you using ?
Also i looked at your circuit, you are using 24V for 30T and have 3200T secondary ? that translates only to 2560V

Are you running this in flyback mode, or push-pull?

What kind of driver circuit are you using?

when it comes to HV most formulas go out of the window :) yeah it does not add up in theory, but I'm getting 20KV when I turn it on, i;m using 16KV high voltage diodes,
