For cheap lipos try hobbypartz.com. I have a few of their "sky" series lipo's (3s1p) that I use in a 450 size heli and have had great performance with them. Their "eco" series (I believe is their cheapest series) have also given me great results running in a large RC tank.

OK Four 18x6 Props and Matching electric start 2 strokes can get 21 LBS of thrust a piece 84 Lbs of lift sounds better any way and much easier to construct with out all this expensive battery crap. Also I want long flight time more than 4 mins haha

yes for heavy lift youd be better off with piston power of one sort or another.
you also have to remember that above some whieght (under AMA rules here in the US) you wont be able to fly over peoples houses and heads, your effectivly building a cruise missle too, should anything go wrong.

Without a variable pitch system you won't be able to control power quickly enough ... even with a variable pitch system the standard quadcopter control systems won't work out of the box.
