If you are using a circuit that uses two gate drive chips one inverting and one not and the interrupter signal is being fed into the enable pin the signal dose NOT need to be inverted

I think you don´t understand me...
I use two gdt drivers one driver für the one pin from the gdt and the other pin for the other gdt pin.
But i must invert the signal for one driver or they work against each other.

sorry for doublepost.
But i mean it so:
I must invert the signal for the upper driver.

You are going to need an inverter. The TL494 only has two modes of output if i remeber. One provides alternating outputs while the other provides paralleled outputs. Both are open collector outputs if i recall.

Just use a dual gate driver IC (8-dip) which has both a non-inverting and inverting gate driver inside the chip. This should solve your problem.

In the concept of invertion, you are correct.

I second demotion to (EVR), If you are going to use TL494, pin 10 and pin 9 has complementary outputs, meaning, if 10 is high then 9 is low, and vice versa. but you must not short it like in your schematic on the first post.

But if you insist a shorted pin 10 and pin 9, you could use a Non-inverting and inverting IC in a single chip, like UCC37325 OR TCC4428, but please observe the gate capacitance to be driven.

Make sure that he duty is exactly 50% if you insist on a fixed frequency oscillator. I am not a fan of using smps ic's for inverter control where zvs/zcs is necessary. I would suggest a feedback system instead.

YES. remember that we are making AC here, we need to input a simulated AC otherwise the GDT won't work (means if the one driver is high, the other MUST be low),
YES, you could use your transistor driver you posted HOWEVER, you should put a capacitor on the top output of the driver,.
This will clear your questions about logic concepts used(please see diagram block below)

NOTE: That the TL494 Ic are rated to work reliably between 7 vdc to 40 vdc supply, so the AND gate & NOT gate should be rated at least 15 volts, IC like CD4011(And) & CD4069(not) can be use,. but also remember that using this IC would require your resonator and driving speed to be low, in range of some what below 300KHZ - unlike the 5 Volts logic IC such as 74hc08 (And), 74hc14 (not) these ICs are high speed rated, meaning it can be used even up to Mhz range.

Also, be sure that the driver (transistor and mosfet) are supplied with the same level as the logic gates and TL494 oscillator IC, the reason is because the transistor in push-pull configuration will only copy the voltage across its base(which is output from the inverter gate and the AND gate). if not succeeded, what will happen is, the MOSFETS on the later part of your driver will not be fully switched (turn On & Off) and can be a source of another problem.

Thanks for your explanation !
It helps me to build this driver.
