Man, some of you guys are paranoid I would put it this way; they have >100million people (on their homepage), and say 100people have been screwed, that is .0001% of the people that use it. Heck, even it was 10000 people that is still only 1 out of every 10,000 people...
Really the only way I have been ripped off via paypal is their fees... The worst so far being the $32.94 fee when Matt send me the $422.17 payment for the aussies in the bulk buy. That is almost as bad as the 8.2% sales tax here!

Yes, its called Percentage. Other faul plays are circumstantial and speratic, but Percentage is common to all and absolute. Ebay/Paypal entity charges you in Ebay for a sell then again hits you up in Paypal when it comes time to receive paypament of the same sell. Can you say Double Jeopardy?
