Some systems put a deionising resin cell in the closed loop water cooler to keep the already deionised water 'polished'.

Thanks, I'll have to look into that.
One last thing though- bwang specifically. Do you know how hot the capacitors will get? I am using 3.75uF snubbers from eurofarad. They are rated for 152Arms and 580Vrms, and are mounted by two aluminum plates about 2" in diameter. I am not sure how concerned I should be about cooling them. The reason I point to you bwang is because I've seen your instructive and know that you used the came caps at a high power level.
