The turn off delay time of the IGBTs is 440 ns. I think you will have a really hard time getting it to work at 200 kHz (Might work OK at this frequency in a ZCS application like a DRSSTC, but in the classic Mazilli circuit a voltage is forced across the transistor right after it's supposed to turn off, if it takes a while for it to turn off then a lot of energy is burned at every switching transition).

PS. A topload helps.

okay, but i will wind it anyway, another way is to get some "Free samples" of fast and powerful IGBTs :D
