I use slow cure epoxy - >12hrs - more than anything, because there is plenty of time to reposition the join if the clamps start to creep.

I'll second that. Also, it's stronger than the 5 minute stuff.

I love UV cure adhesives : cure on demand simply by hitting it with UV.
Hate cyanoacrylates - always sticks my fingers, but wont stick the work piece!
