555 driver very hot

at 19v input (10vdc into 555) the TVS I think, gets very very hot it's a perfect circuit, not even built by me, what's causing the zener to get steaming hot (after 10 seconds, it'll start to melt solder)...

Please help.

MOSFET is OK, 555 is OK, I have spare 555 and MOSFET, TVS was very very hot, now the circuit outputs very low spark not even a mm, So I think TVS is dead, because it can't be a resistor or capacitor...

whats the voltage rating in the datasheet for Z1? Can you post the datasheet please...

so the highest continous (working) voltage is about 356.... hmmm.... let me think....

what transformer are you using? how many turns?

Large DC LOPT 20turns. My only flyback that doesn't explode on ZVS.

remove the component called Z1 and make sure D1 is good.
what transistor is Q1? post its datasheet.
