Nope. The point of litz wire is to bypass the skin effect, which makes high frequency current flow on the outer edge of conductors. It's made up of many insulated strands of thin wire.

Why don't you just make some out of magnet wire. I do it all the time. Select wire size cut out the lengths and use a drill to twist it all together. It works like magic any wire size and frequency you need.

There are companies that make massive Litz wire for induction heating applications. I've seen it as thick as your wrist with a water cooling hose down the middle.
But for a one-off it's probably easier to make your own out of magnet wire. Try to get the self-fluxing stuff so you don't have to strip each individual strand: that would get old quick.
Watch out for Germans, they call any stranded wire Litz wire whether the strands are insulated or not. "Litz" is the German word for strand, so what else would they call it.

If you don't have the self fluxing wire another good trick is to get out the old torch and burnt the insolation off the end. After that usually just have to go over it with a little steal wool or sand paper to clean off any black crud left over from the torch.
