If you guys read the post, you have to PM me to be added to the 4HV world. The default world has no permissions at all for users unless they've been granted. It's just a landing for the different worlds.

As for the rules, if you didn't notice it said "/rules" not "rules" - you type "/rules" into the chat box and it prints them/

PM me or post your username and I'll add you to the 4HV white list and grant permissions for interaction. Otherwise, no interaction in the default world besides looking around, and no TP permissions to the 4hv worlds.

EDIT: I found that after some people were added they could teleport but not build. This has been fixed!
Turns out that the addgroup command doesn't set the new user's group as a priority group, and the old permissions superseded it. This meant that while multiverse teleporting was enabled, they could not build as the default group dictates they can't.

I installed some more plugins on the server, should all be configured soon (most are, but some still need permissions set):

Here is a more or less comprehensive list:

iConomy (needs permissions setup still)
Vault
ChestShop (lets you make shops using chests and signs. Uses iConomy)
BookWorm (lets you write and read books. Needs permissions setup still IIRC)
Antienderman (only enabled such that they can't cause any griefing)
JailLikeHell
LogBlock (rollback databse. If a griefer, say, detonates a massive TNT explosion, I just have to rollback to the instant before he did it)
Multiverse-Core
Multiverse- Inventories
Multiverse-Portals
Multiverse- Nether
NoCheat+ (anti-cheat program to detect hacked clients and forged packet data)
WelcomeRulezz (the MOTD like message on login, with the ability to type '/rules' and '/commands' in the console)
WorldEdit (This is only for admins, and sometimes granted for to individuals assisting with the mass building of special projects)
SleepAnnounce (installed wrong version, needs replacing)
Backup (backups all worlds and plugins)
Orebfuscator (prevents X-Ray vision in clients by obfuscating them with random blocks)
SecureChests (allows a user to lock his chests)

Also, I finished up all of the construction and redstone logic tuning for the two Arenas some of us made. The first arena is a Mob-fighting arena. The player has to fight across the field of mobs and up the stairs into a stronghold spider and skeleton spawners, and also some dropped mob eggs from the event runner. They then have to get the loot from the chest and seal the mob cage with a red stone torch present in the chests (that last part still TBD, right now cage is manually controlled from control room after being signaled that they're all dead). There is also a multi-level piston configuration that raises and lowers a bridge. The logic was simply (a JK Flip-Flop, a NAND, and an AND gate) but to get the timings right was a nightmare!

The second Arena is a Spleef arena. The players hop into their respective holes on the opposite ends, and are sealed in by pistons. The referee then activates the signal lights (which count down a three second count in stages) and when the lights are all on the pistons retract and the players fight.
The arena combat area is two layers of sandstone. Underneath that is a massive array of pressure plates, which deactivate the fight signal lights when a player falls through.

Also,
NOTICE:

In the world 'tnt' there is a massive brick structure. This is a full scale replica of the TNT we set off moments ago.

I accidentally made 110,000 blocks of TNT in the designated tnt world (yes, it is possible to that accidentally with WorldEdit). I only intended to make around 10,000. Then convert them all to lava as a demo.
Unfortunately I ended up using the wrong coordinate and made the massive amount.

Just an FYI normal users can't trigger this. I was explaining how WorldEdit worked to someone in 'tnt' when it happened.

Anyways, this activity (which I declare was in the name of science), has successfully pegged my Server's 16GB of RAM.

I added a Ventrilo Server to the minecraft server, address is the same as the minecraft server with the standard 3784 port number for Ventrilo. Since they limit me to 8 slots, and don't license to anyone with only a single server, I will be adding TeamSpeak as well (I know a lot of people who prefer ventrilo and since they volunteer a little as admins, I'd start with this).
Will update this post with TeamSpeak information most likely today.

Link2 now also has a module for checking the Ventrilo server status.
