Patrick, close but I believe it's 50 NOT 30 based on comparing to the other 3's and 5's on the label

Im trying dam it... remember the Pan Am 103 bombing was solved when a PC board smaller than a finger nail was found, miles away from the crash site, then a swiss electronic clock maker ID'ed that board as they'ers and made available a purchase order for 100 clocks to libya.

Im getting no hits on HR diemen yet...

whats the other datasheet archive for flybacks?

This is fun

Ok based on this schematic drawing from the "book" you found, what would be your guess as to which are the primary?

I have Pin 8 as the HV Gnd and would there be a normal standard voltage for the primary? 1 and 5?

But the challenge is still on ;)

for your pins 1 and 5 question 90-140 VDc but they vary quiteabit, and that assumes 1and 5 are the primary.

lets see, based on the horseshoe pattern.... did the output always arc to pin 8?

im wondering if an ignition coil would be easier...
