We did this at our school. It is super easy and super cheap and super fun! There were ten payloads that each had an experiment on board as well as a camera. Below is the picture from our max height, 96,000 ft.

We had the coordinates transmitted over CB radio to receivers set up connected to laptops. The laptops then put the coordinates overlayed on google maps to help us chase it down. It was a pretty sweet setup and over the past ten years a payload has never been lost, even when farmers find it first and hold it hostage!
