Okay, well I decided to go ahead and do testing anyway, but sadly they dont even work, they were brand new in the box but they only supply 5 volts on the 5 volt and 12 volt lines and then 100 millivolts on the -12 volt line...it sucks cause I was gonna use one for my SSTC...

Are your sure they do not have a enable pin or have a minimum load on some of the output lines?
Its unlikely that multiple SMPS would be bad right out of the box.

Yeah, currentkills, I think it might just require a minimum load or something along those lines. Try putting a decent load across the lines and see if that makes them work!
