Herr Zapp,
When you say that accuracy on the part of the builder helps close down the gap between theoretical and practical build, I'm in total agreement. I think it's a learning curve for most coilers to develop the required level of build accuracy, and the celing may also be just how much prior experience they have in mechanical construction, and how much aptitude.
So we're in agreement.
