Although ceramic capacitors may work in this circuit, a much better choice would be a mica transmitting capacitor, or an "MMC" assembled from a number of smaller mica or polypropylene-dielectric capacitors. The problem with standard DC filter ceramic capacitors is that they heat up when used in a RF circuit, and the capacitance value changes significantly as they warm up (temperature coefficient) . This "detunes" your tuned tank circuit, and degrades coil performance. Mica or polypropylene capacitors have a much lower dielectric loss factor, and do not heat up nearly as severely as ceramic DC filter capacitors.
