A small cap in parallel to the supply rails, in your case directly to the transformer. The value should be a few nF, a ceramic cap will be ok or a small mmc of film caps. The purpose of this cap is to provide a low inductance path for the pulsating anode rf current, otherwise this current could damage the transformer and/or the performance would be decreased.

Dont know about the inductor, 150 uH might be a bit too much, usually the wire is just coiled around the power resistor. Otherwise it looks OK, maybe the tube will be good with a bit bigger grid leak resistor.
