Hate to burst your bubble, but embedding that video is disabled.

However, I still have trouble making friends because nobody shares my interests...
Agreed, however mine wasn't 'severe' and drawing helps me get my mind off everything along with building things.

I have a lot of friends but I only hang out with one other friend who is interested in electronics frown

I made most of my friends before I got into electonics and I've found that I keep them and make new ones best if I try to be normal and resist the urge to analyze everything I see and I force myself to talk about things not related to physics or electrons.

I am an introvert though and when alone I can go for days, when with other people I get tired quickly.
Alone time works well for me,

ah same here, if I start talking about electricity almost everyone gets lost or they don't care that much... unless I show them a video of some "dangerous" apparatus that does something cool.

I'm somewhere in the middle, I can spend days at home without seeing anyone and I can spend a week at a friends house

A week at a friends house I can handle, it's multiple people that make me want to curl up and go to sleep.
Like going to a movie or something.

how about 100 people? cheesey
I had a big party last year and set up all my DJ equipment, my house is small(er) so it was pretty packed.
Parents put the kibosh on big parties after that though, I made the mistake of allowing silly string and body paint in the house

Same here, except it didn't leave with the addition of hobbies.

Parties are generally fine, because I;m usually downing caffeine, but if theres an after party that is just sitting around, I usually fall asleep.
Same goes for after seeing a movie with a couple friends, if I'm not actively doing something I can't stay awake. Even if it's the middle of the day.

Well, I dont at least FEEL or think i have any issues. Im very social in reality. I go to college, and I work at a grocery store as a bakery clerk for a job to make money through college. Obviously, my job REQUIRES I'm VERY friendly with people. I'm expected to say stuff to people as they come by, rather it be as simple as "Hows your day going" or more. I'm expected to continue the talk if they are willing to, if it seems they arnt in the mood, i continue my work.

I work usually alone, because we have different shifts. This doesn't bug me, because I like alone time. However, I still have the comfort of customers.

I started HV because it was out of the ordinary, and it kept me busy during the summer. My friends work, so I cant see people daily. So to kill time, when I have no plans, I do high voltage and projects. Keep my brain active, so I don't wonder into worst stuff like listed above, depression or something. I'm not a person who loves physical activity, so its a great hobby that allows me to be relaxed, and creative, as well as maintaining high thought concentration on designing circuits, putting things together, debugging, etc.

Many friends..etc. So, yeah. For me its just a hobby to keep me busy when I have time. I stay very focused on things im doing, along with people. I can be working on stuff as people talk, they can stop, ask me what they just talked about, and easily repeat all that was said. so..Who knows, I personally dont see any personality disorder. If anything HV has improved me, because it makes me want to show stuff off, as I enjoy the look at peoples faces, their expressions, their voice, when they see stuff like HV, tesla coils, and go "Wow i cant beleive you made this!" or when I give them the want to a quad stack, and see their face while drawing the arcs. Love it =P
