Is there anywhere I can buy a completed flyback driver, like ZVS, or 555?

I would make it but I need to buy a few new soldering tips.

I've tried CFL's they suck, I've tried high power lighting/halogen transformers, but they overheat or end up blowing up.

Uhm, don't doublepost?
And probably not, unless you can persuade one of us to sell you one. The Mazilli driver isn't all that difficult to make.

Most of the fun of these things is to make them.

I'd rather buy one.

I can't be bothered to make one, plus I need a new soldering iron tip.

I'd pay whatever it costs.

If anyone is willing to make me a driver whether it be a ZVS, or 555, I'd be very grateful, I can pay via paypal.

I haven't made one in a while.

555 timer one, you can make yourself, no soldering needed just put it on a breadboard.

Yes but you also stated you could not make one due to being out of soldering heads, hence why I suggested an alternative. Its also going to be hard to buy if you have a problem with buying it off the best people to purchase off.
