For things like this, there's no reason you can't approach a local electronics manufacturing company if you want - I've used one recently at work, and they were very helpful even though there were only 4 prototype boards! They charged about £40 per board to solder on several fine pitch logic chips and a 144 pin TQFP microcontroller, all by hand I think.

Oh, and I like to point out for those interested in SMD work, that is a nice little hot air pencil. You cant beat the price, and it works for most hobbyist stuff (dont try and do a huge FPGA or something like that, not broad enough) Adjustable fan and heat are quite nice.
