I need somebody that I can have solder a bunch of surface mount parts, including a QFN package for me. I do not have the equipment, or the money to buy the equipment to do it myself. I normally never use surface mount parts, but I need to use 'em for some of the protection circuitry for a project. I will pay for shipping the parts to you and for soldering them for me.
Okay, maybe I should of been more clear. I have NO tools for surface mount, I don't even own a hot air gun. I'm mainly concerned with the QNF package though. All my other parts are just things like resistors, diodes, and some caps.

Yeah, no joy at all with those. If you dont have a footprint which allows you to touch the pad with iron and heat that up, then youre really out of luck without a hot air gun/pencil, if the pads are oversized, then you can at least put the first one down with a fine point iron if youre lucky. No real way to rework it and get it off though.
If not then its paste + hot air, or drag soldering tip to equalize the solder on the pads + flux + hot air.
And if its a lovely little RF package, that means your board has huge ground planes, so then its hotplate to pre-heat + hot air
