How much k.watts must be the heating element to limit the drawing current as much as i can?

It depends on how many amps you want.

IE- you want to limit to 10 amps. you must use roughly a 1.20 kwatt heater. (not accounting for phase. remember, amps times voltage is wattage (note, this is only true for DC, due to current being out of phase in AC, it will be slightly different.

i started to make a ballast coil.I use 1mm diameter pvc insulated wire and a IE laminated core.How much turns have to do?

You need to calculate the inductance you need to get the reactance you want at the frequency you`re using - try harder!

i have 5 mots but are different watts.Is this problem to connect them for quad pack?One mot can ballast the four others?How i must connect it for ballast?

Sorry the question maybe will be stupid.I think to run my tesla coil(1-1.5meter spark) in my terrace.Can this make any problem in the tvs of my neighbor?,because in another forum one guy told me tha is risk to destroy the tvs because of hv spikes!

Hi aris I saw a 4 mot tesla picture that used one of thease

the sparks were over a meter. I think i have the picture at home. Any how the tesla was AC I think with a rotery SG. Do a series parallel for a 4.2kv AC out and ground the frames.

The tesla of this size will make plenty of EMI and may disrupt electronics but should not destoy them. You may piss someone off if you do it on your padio in plain sight. you could tell them you are making a new type of barbicue that uses ozone

my terrace is not too close to any antenna of my neightbors so it isnt any chance to destroy their electronis right?oufff...The noise of this size coil how much loud will be?Also i have a problem with rf ground.I was thought to make ground to a big pot,this is going to work or not?If you can tell me any idea for a rf ground i will be happy!

you can use a wire connected to a water pipe for a ground.
I think you will be ok but I can't tell you for shure
