Sure you could do that, just put stuff in the barter section.

I didn't mess with the big text, but I just made the small text one step brighter.

I think it looks better than it did.
Junkbox looks fine, the giant tervolt text still looks a bit overpoweringly bright to me, but I did just wake up...

I'll probably make the "teravolt" darker on my site. I'm suprised that nobody has anything to sell though.

I posted some junk no-one will ever buy.

5 suggestions
1, it would be nice if posts could be edited
2, an "Or Trades" option in the price option
3, clicking on the junkbox logo, or the teravolt logo, should take you to the all junk section or to the home screen. This is how it works on most sites, and I keep finding myself clicking them out of habit tongue
4, there should be a link from teravolt to junkbox
5, when you go from junkbox to teravolt or vica versa, it should open in a new tab.

Just my $.02

Also, you might want to put a notice on there that the emails probably go to the junk folder.

being able to sort by user would also be helpful.

Why do I not get some subscribtion emails...

I'm not so sure that sort by user would be helpful. If the place becomes popular enough I could implement a search by user, but even then the name field isn't exactly protected (no user registration system).

I forgot to mention, it would be nice if a picture could be linked to instead of uploaded.

If anyone has something to post do it soon, I'm sending the site to hackaday tomorrow night.
