Spark Gap Tesla Coils don't come with interrupters - only solid state or vacuum tube designs do. Did you mean you wanted some sort of BPS control or input voltage control? If so, you would most likely need a variac, which usually does not come as a hand-held unit :)

Also, what do you mean by the inch lengths that you added next to each item? Do you mean diameter of the secondary coil, the length of the secondary coil, or the maximum spark length?

Good luck with your application!

lol - on his page he states he builds Tesla Coils you can't afford...

anyone else?

Thank you bwang, for your kind words.
When I wrote that comment on my website, the one about being expensive beyond hobbyist standards, I thought I was being bold.
Now that I have had the priveledge to witness a reaction to it, I fully appreciate how smart of me it was to write it.
You see, Mr. O1OO1O11, the run of the mill engineer without specific tesla coil experience is not going to be of any help to you, as you already found out.
Then there is the ambitious amateur who will do anything to get a job, and tries to attract the job with a ridiculously low price tag.
If he gets the job, he will starve to death trying to fulfill his obligations.
In business, it is a very important parameter, that your business partner stays in business
Every once in a while, we see would be professionals entering this inherently hobbyist community to get advice cheap or for free. It has been my impression over the years, that these individuals rarely had any idea of what the right price tag looks like.

Cheers, Finn Hammer

Oh pah-lease. You do realize that for most, if not all of us here, this is a hobby. We have jobs or go to school, and as such our spare time to spend on this hobby is well defined, as is it's value to us. When someone like you comes here asking for a custom kit, you'd better be ready to pay up for the time we spend, and the time spent acquiring this knowledge. You can look all you want, but you're not going to find custom coils of the quality Finn makes for anything less.

Have you contacted either of the following? (I have no personal experience with either, but I thought it might be worth looking into).
