This is my mighty cellar laboratory, walls to the left is all shelfs and actually also are to the right. I keep most of the nice stuff in the apartment where I hijacked 3 large storage cabinets.

The work table is actually a kitchen table from Ikea, half price of the real work benches that can bought and atleast twice as sturdy! Weighs 100 kg just by itself, its a rock! Link2

In the middle you see my latest project, a 3 phased 13A variac with a 10kVA isolation transformer and rectifier bridge. It was originally all in one unit, but was badly damaged, so being rebuilt into 3 smaller units that can actually be handled by two persons. The variac is the reincarnation of Calculon's evil brother!

Hehe, I wish it was! It is just a regular carneval mask that was left behind in the cellar when I took over the apartment, along with the mask was a poster that said "STDs and children are fucking annoying, use condoms!". I am not sure I want to know what the former renter used the cellar room for...

Mads, I have the same Ikea workbench, but I use it as a kitchen table. :)

I recently moved house and here is my new electronics workbench in the kitchen.

I feel as though I should update this because I'm in college now. Weep for me because this is my workbench. Although, the floor can often be a good work space too.

Also, welcome back Magnet
