Throughout the years I've been into horticulture.
I've learned a ton regarding aquaponics in the past few years,
is anybody into aquaponics or hydroponics?
Because, allegedly, hydroponics' main use is in cannabis farms, round here if you start buying that stuff, the Drugs Squad will magically come knocking at your door.... (after they've thermally-imaged your property & monitored your power consumption)

In the little village we live in there have been two major drugs busts on remote farms using converted barns with hydroponics & lots of artificial lighting. Power usage spikes, the utility companies tell the police, they look for "hot" buildings and unusual patterns of comings & goings, and then turn up in force to "have a quiet word"...

I occasionally joke with myfewllo reef keeping friend that I could make a killing selling Cree XPG led arrays. They'd happen to be in the range for growing plants instead of growing coral.
Energy efficiency and cool buildings :)

I've heard they do that here, use blue and red LED's, alternately, to keep the power usage down and to fool the thermal imaging cameras on the 'copters.
