induction heater?

really strong alternating magnetic field in a piece of metal will heat it up really hot because of the eddy currents created (induction).
Usually the heat is considered loss, unless you're trying to heat something up... analogous to frying an egg on a CPU, but more elegant, and a heck of a lot cooler.
To give an idea of the power involved, it will simultaneously levitate and liquefy any metal placed in it ('cept maybe titanium)

[EDIT]
For the pump, if you can find a minifridge (or fridge of any kind), IIRC they can pump water fairly well, and I don't think they're usually the first thing to fail in a fridge, so you might look into it, if nothing else you can make a vacuum pump out of one.

That looks like a nice pump, spa pumps are expensive, I think I spent $100 on parts to rebuild mine several years ago, a new 3HP pump would have been around $300.

A fountain pump or bilge pump ought to work nicely for what you're doing.

I finally got around to visiting the recycling center in my town but I arrived to late! I guess they had a big dumpster overflowing with old microwaves but it was emptied yesterday :( I will try again next week. Otherwise there is a place about 15 miles from me I will check later this week or next week.

Do you have an aquarium or tropical fish store thats local to you? Quite a bit of them have used stuff, aka, a cheap pump
that would do what you need! I will look around here, theres a store close to me that usually has some good stuff. If i find something i will let you
know. All i would charge you is the actual cost plus shipping, of course i would let you know what i find before i buy it ;)
