Hah! I've been watching for pranks all day and I didn't catch this one. That said, the FCC is under-funded and too busy handing out huge fines to TV and radio stations for cursing and nudity to bother anyone about Tesla coils or anything that might actually matter. The organization is a joke in itself these days.
