Try this program to design the sectors and predict approximately the performance that can be obtained:
The idea is to shape the sectors so their separation is constant, and as rounded as possible to minimize leakage. The maximum voltage is proportional to the separation of the sectors and the maximum current to the area of the sectors. A minimum of 8 sectors are required, but more sectors give better performance. 16, 24 or 32 work well. Keep the separation between sectors equal to the average sector width, or a bit larger.
