Hey, i was just wondering what sort of web browser you like to use. I'm currently debating between Firefox 4 and Google chrome. Is there any other/better browsers to use?

Was there any particular reason for choosing your browser? User interface, browsing speed etc. I've tried Firefox before on an older computer and found it slowed the computer down considerably. Do the other browsers have this problem or won't it matter now I have brought a new computer with windows 7?

Yes, I bought a Mac and it came with a free iPod Touch, both of which have Safari out of the box.

Some sites wouldn't work in Safari, so I installed Firefox because it was the most widely supported browser that would run on Mac OS. Updates to Safari and those sites seem to have fixed the problem, but I still use Firefox whenever I have to fill in huge online forms and so on. It can be frustrating to have it crash right at the end of the form filling process because it wasn't tested with Safari.

Some people love Opera.

I used Firefox for a few years, but got tired of the Firefox is Already Running But Not Responding notices that seemed to get more frequent as time went by, so I'd be forever in Task Manager closing Firefox down.

This still happens from time to time with SeaMonkey, but not nearly so often.

I'm quite happy with Firefox 4 beta. It is a pretty fast browser and with adblock plus, noflash and scriptblock it's nearly impossible to get a virus. Adblock plus is by far the best addon ever invented though.

With some exceptions: Seamonkey and Firefox is based on the same source.
