Are you visiting ASU? I just made a similar trip and decided to attend ASU this coming spring semester. It would be cool to know there is another coiler thinking of going to the same college.

@Goodchild, Yes I am! I applied for electrical engineering at Tempe for next fall semester (I'll be a freshmen), I have not heard back from them yet but I will let you know when I find out.

I will be entering as a transfer student, I've already completed my freshman year at my local community collage.
I'll be in the electrical engineering program on the polytech campus, I was originally in the one at Tempe, but after visiting the polytech lab and talking with some of the staff it became apparent that the polytech program was a lot more hands on. So I switched majors to the polytech campus when I went out for my visit a couple months back.
Every one has there style of learning, mine just happens to be hands on. I have been told that the program at the Tempe campus is more like a traditional EE program with large lecture halls and such.
Sorry to get off topic hehe! Moderators have mercy on my sole!

It is too far for me to drive too but I flew out to a W.W.T. a few years ago and it was awesome. If you are thinking of flying there I would recommend spending at least a few days there. The weather in Arizona in march is great and there are lots of things to see out there.
