This thread inspired me to have another look ok E-bay, and I (finally) found a set of crankcases to to start building a replacement for an engine that mysteriously went 'missing' three years ago.

I've not won the auction yet, but I'll post more info later.

(The cases I'm after are pretty rare.)

Just got an E-mail back from the seller and the cylinder studs are 1/8 inch too close together, I guess I'll just have to keep looking.........

It is a 750xi motor bored out 2 over with insane compression and has to run 115 octane fuel! 48mm super pumpers with total loss ignition.
I am just pulling your leg on the white stuff BTW, hee hee. cheesey

Oooohhh, in something that small? Gotta be a hell of a ride amazed

Now as for dangerous motorcycles, i dont think they come much more dangerous than this: Link2

That guy's got some guts, thats for shure. Be warned though, he does crash it in the film.

That's great and all, but how about this monster: Link2 in the same jet ski. 500hp is a good amount of power even for a 1.5 ton truck. I love 2 strokes, the fuel efficiency sucks but the weight/power ratio is higher than a 4 stroke.

And if you think real men don't use pump gas, here's one for ya: Link2 Nitro... amazed

And if you prefer 4 cycles with gasoline: Link2 Only 79CI... Compare that to the Chevy 572, 7 times the displacement but approximately equal HP...
