I got a mig welder, but i really have no use for it.

I'm pissed. I got more than twice as many votes as everyone else, yet they chose some short arduino instructable. WTF

I'd be mad too, yours was by far the best, and the votes showed it. I would have bought one of your soldering irons too.
Life sux sometimes. I recently lost a competition where the JUDGES came up after and said they thought we were the best.
I'm still ticked about that.

I won the popular vote by a factor of 2 to 1. I have a feeling that the contest is rigged.

So, now what? I seriously want to start a company and get kids into electronics, but I am not sure what to do now...

Sell the mig welder and use the money for something?

You might try contacting Jeri Ellsworth or someone else who already has had some success at it, she works with adafruit bout kits and other things, just don't give up at it.

(I like your new signature, I got transistors and capcitors for christmas :D)

Jeri doesn't reply to emails...

I'm going to write a letter to epilog asking if they will sponsor my cause by donating a zing. It might be a long shot, but if you don't ask you don't get.
