If I did as you asked, and built one, and found it not to be working, those who have faith in this device would merely proclaim that I did something wrong. No work would be done if the device operated with a displacement current. If a large voltage displaced a small amount of bound charge, the power requirements of a load, like a light bulb, would be met with no conduction current, therefore, with no expenditure of energy.
... isn't so much a "compelling description" as it is "a shameful display of ignorance." The patent, which can be hilariously read here: is a similar jumble of erroneous statements and basic misunderstandings of electromagnetism. Worse, it doesn't even incorporate ground currents; it is a garden-variety overunity transformer feeding itself type of circuit, of which there exist hundreds of nonfunctional examples.
I'm not trying to be rude here, but at some point, you decided one of two things:
* That a device which claims to be able to power itself indefinitely with no input doesn't count as pseudoscience. * That the rules here are a joke and you're not bound to follow them.
Either one demonstrates a decided unsuitability for membership here.
