At first I wondered how the polarizability of molecules is but it turns out that paraelectricity is just found in the solid phase. Spontaneous dipole moments may play a role, but I'll have to investigate further.

High Voltage related physics take me awhile to figure out, which forces/effects are major which are minor, which kind, and which are are associated with what observed effect...its so complicated.
