Its been almost 3 weeks since i ordered it, its coming from Russia, do you think its stuck in customs, would they think its a bomb in customs? say they accidentally broke it in customs would they reimburse me for it? If they thought it was a bomb would they tell me?

Im waiting for parts myself.
now that christmas is over, there is still a lot of mail orders and items circulating around, unless you paid as such, your item isnt really a top priority. Just wait a while longer, it will show up.
Also, I ordered and recieved several tubes before, none of which where mistaken for bombs or confiscated by customs.

K no offense to the women, but my mom would freek if she saw that, immediately BOMB would pop into her head, my whole family is like that!!!!!
Packages from Bulgaria (almost same as from Russia) to the US can take a lot of time - the priority shipments take about 3 weeks, those that are not priority can take up to 2+ months !!! Been there ! Dr. Spark waited two tubes that I've sent him more than 2 months before he got them, other times the packages get there for abut 4 weeks soo be patient.

People send crazy-looking electronic components all over the world all of the time. American radio hams regularly buy Russian tubes.
Bombs in packages are more probably detected by sniffing for traces of explosives, than having a guy open or X-ray every one to see if the contents look suspicious.
If something is stuck in customs, it's often because they've decided that you need to pay import duty on it. But other times it just takes ages, which might not be the fault of customs as such.
