i think u r right arcstarter i will search a little bit more in high voltage and Tesla coils and thanx 4 advice.
bwang there is no NST in my country so i turned my attention into flybacks

BUT WHAT WOULD BE BEST FOR TC? SALVAGE DC FLYBACK OR HOMEMADE DC FLYBACK WITH RECTIFIED OUTPUT..?!

Salvage a DC flyback unless you are going for very high powers.

What do you call "very high"? ZVS can handle ~1KW, maybe more. Inverters can provide nearly limitless powers.
