i think u r right arcstarter i will search a little bit more in high voltage and Tesla coils and thanx 4 advice. bwang there is no NST in my country so i turned my attention into flybacks
BUT WHAT WOULD BE BEST FOR TC? SALVAGE DC FLYBACK OR HOMEMADE DC FLYBACK WITH RECTIFIED OUTPUT..?!

And you should be sorry for double posting and posting IN ALL CAPS, too What do you call "very high"? ZVS can handle ~1KW, maybe more. Inverters can provide nearly limitless powers.
